Shuvra Prokash Biswas received the B.Sc.  degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) from Rajshahi University of  Engineering and Technology (RUET), Rajshahi, Bangladesh, in 2017.  From 21 October 2018 to 15 February 2019, he was a Lecturer in the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at North Bengal International University. He is currently a Lecturer with the Department of ETE, RUET since 16 February, 2019. He has been working in the area of advanced power electronics  converter for distributed power systems and industrial  drives for the last four years. He has published  a number of research papers and posters in this  field. His research interests include power electronics, electrical machines  and drives, control systems, renewable energy systems, real-time hardwarein- the-loop (HIL) simulations, and smart micro-grids.  Mr. Biswas was a recipient of one ETE Association Awards (Student of the Year Award) from RUET for his outstanding academic performance in the 1st  year examinations while pursuing B.Sc. engineering degree. Mr. Biswas received two the Best Paper Awards for two different research papers from 2019 3rd International Conference on Electrical, Computer, and Telecommunication Engineering (ICECTE 2019) and 2020 IEEE International Conference on Applied Superconductivity and Electromagnetic Devices (ASEMD 2020), China. Mr. Biswas also received one Best Poster Award for another outstanding research paper from ASEMD 2020, China.
